Ghost Imaging Lidar via Sparsity Constraints in Real Atmosphere
We present a series of results acquired at a 2-kilometer distance using our lidar system under several weather conditions, clear, cloudy, light rain, moderately foggy, and night. The experimental results show that ghost imaging lidar via spar-sity constraints can realize imaging in all these weather conditions.
متن کاملSpectral Camera based on Ghost Imaging via Sparsity Constraints
The image information acquisition ability of a conventional camera is usually much lower than the Shannon Limit since it does not make use of the correlation between pixels of image data. Applying a random phase modulator to code the spectral images and combining with compressive sensing (CS) theory, a spectral camera based on true thermal light ghost imaging via sparsity constraints (GISC spec...
متن کاملImproving the Imaging Quality of Ghost Imaging Lidar via Sparsity Constraint by Time-Resolved Technique
Ghost imaging via sparsity constraint (GISC)—which is developing into a new staring imaging lidar—can obtain both the range information and spatial distribution of a remote target with the use of the measurements below the Nyquist limit. In this work, schematics of both two-dimensional (2D) and three-dimensional (3D) GISC lidar are introduced. Compared with the 2D GISC lidar, we demonstrate by ...
متن کاملHigh-resolution far-field ghost imaging via sparsity constraint
Ghost imaging (GI) is a method to nonlocally image an object with a single-pixel detector. However, the speckle's transverse size at the object plane limits the system's imaging resolution for conventional GI linear reconstruction algorithm. By combining the sparsity constraint of imaging object with ghost imaging method, we demonstrate experimentally that ghost imaging via sparsity constraint ...
متن کاملScanning Moving objecTS USing LiDaR
LiDAR becoming one of the most commonly mentioned technologies within the geospatial community and many others, while being used in a wide variety of applications—some of which were not even thought of 10 years ago. This is part of a transition from 2D representation of our surroundings to 3D with LiDAR technologies playing a key role. With the advancements in instrumentation and technology, be...
